§ 31.105 ASSISTANT FISCAL OFFICER.
   (A)   A position of Assistant Village Fiscal Officer is hereby established.
   (B)   The Mayor shall appoint the Assistant Village Fiscal Officer.
   (C)   The position of Assistant Village Fiscal Officer shall be a part-time position.
   (D)   The wage for the position shall be an amount as set by ordinance of the legislative authority.
