§ 31.104 FISCAL OFFICER.
   (A)   (1)   In accordance with R.C. § 733.262, there is hereby created and appointed the position of Village Fiscal Officer.
      (2)   The position shall combine and include the duties of the Village Clerk and Village Treasurer.
   (B)   The Village Fiscal Officer shall have those powers, duties and functions as provided by the general laws of the state, including, but not specifically limited to, R.C. § 733.262.
   (C)   The position of Village Fiscal Officer shall be effective on January 1 following the next regular municipal election at which the Village Clerk or Village Clerk-Treasurer is to be elected.
