(A) The Board of Trustees of Public Affairs is hereby authorized to purchase water meters for the village water system and the meters shall be installed on the premises of each user of water of the water system and the agents and employees of the village are authorized to enter each of the premises, of each user of the water system, for the purpose of the installation of meters.
(B) The employees of the village, and especially of the Water Department, and the agents of same, may enter upon each premises for the purposes of repair, maintenance and the reading of the meters of each user of water of the village water system.
