§ 52.53 CHARGES TO BE PAID FOR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND AGRICULTURAL USE OF VILLAGE SEWER FACILITIES WITHOUT A VILLAGE WATER TAP OR WATER SUPPLIED BY THE VILLAGE.

   (A)   All individuals and entities who currently use the village sewer system and who do not use the village water supply system shall be charged a fee of $60 per month for each connection to the village sewer system. In the event an individual or entity shall use the sewer system while not using the village water supply system for any period of time less than a full month, the sewer system charge shall be set at a per day charge of $2, per connection.

   (B)   For the purposes of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

        USE. To include all individuals or entities who have at least one connection to the village sewer system.

   (C)   This section shall apply to residential, commercial and agricultural usage of the village sewer system.
