§ 52.51 SEWER CONNECTION FEES.
   (A)   Residential connection fee. The fee for a sewer connection shall be $2,500 per residential dwelling unit.
Example: a duplex would be 2 dwelling units x $2,500.00 = $5,000.00.
   (B)   Nonresidential connection fee. The fee for a non-residential connection shall be:
      (1)   Twenty-five hundred dollars for non-residential unit less than 2,500 square feet (2,500 square feet);
      (2)   Five thousand dollars for non-residential unit 2,500 square feet or more, but less than 5,000 square feet);
      (3)   Seven thousand five hundred dollars for a non-resident unit in excess of 5,000 square feet, but less than 15,000 square feet;
      (4)   For a non-residential unit 15,000 square feet or more, $7,500, plus $100 for every 1,000 square feet over 15,000 square feet.
Example: 18,500 sq. ft. non-residential unit connection fee = $7,800.00, while a 19,000 sq. ft. non-residential unit connection fee = $7,900.00
   (C)   Connection fee; paid. The connection fee shall be paid before connection to the village's sewer system is permitted.
