§ 52.35 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Any person found to be violating any provisions of this subchapter, except division (C) below, shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
   (B)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (A) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99. Any person violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the village by reason of the violation.
   (C)   No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the municipal sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of criminal damaging, endangering or mischief, as may be appropriate under §§ 131.03 and 131.04.
   (D)   Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, representation or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this subchapter, or who falsifies, tampers with or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this subchapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
