§ 51.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BULKY WASTE. Stoves, refrigerators, water tanks, washing machines, furniture and similar waste material with weights or volumes greater than that of 30-gallon garbage container.
   GARBAGE. All putrescible or easily decomposable animal or vegetable waste matter, except sewage or body waste.
   GARBAGE COLLECTOR. Each of the duly authorized agents and the employees who have agreements with the occupant or owner of the premises with the village to collect and dispose of solid waste.
   REFUSE. All nonputrescible wastes.
   RUBBISH. Waste wood, wood products, chips, shavings, sawdust, printed matter, paper, plaster board, pasteboard, rags, straw, mattresses, clothing, shoes, boots, combustible waste pulp and other products used as wrapping or packaging material, ashes, bottles, glass, crockery, tin cans, cast iron, cinders, floor sweepings plastic, mineral or metallic substances, yard waste and all other waste materials not included in the definitions of bulky waste and garbage.
   SOLID WASTE. All bulky waste, garbage, rubbish and refuse.
