§ 39.20 PERSONNEL POLICIES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The village Personnel Policies and all amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein.
   (B)   Copies of the Personnel Policies are available for public inspection during normal hours at the office of the Fiscal Officer.
