§ 150.03 LAND USE CERTIFICATE.

All land owners within the village shall secure a Land Use Certificate from the village, and pay the fee associated with the certificate under Chapter 150 of the Code of Ordinances for the village prior to constructing any improvements to any real estate located within the village corporate limits regardless of size and whether said improvement will be a temporary structure, as defined in the chapter, or not.
