(A) The Fiscal Officer of the village is hereby directed to establish a Sewer Improvement Fund and that there be appropriated from the Fund the sum of $3,021,000.
(B) Sewer service receipts shall be deposited into the Sewer Improvement Fund and the Fund shall be limited to the sum of $3,021,000, the total estimated cost of the sewer improvement project.
(C) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to disburse funds from the Sewer Improvement Fund to repay the loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority pursuant to its terms and conditions as set forth in the water pollution control loan fund agreement, the engineering fees, all pursuant to accepted audit procedures.
