Subdividers shall be responsible for payment of subdivision review fees and construction inspection fees in such amounts as set forth in the official schedule of fees as may from time to time be adopted by the Village Council. Subdivision fees shall be submitted with the plat. Inspection fees shall be submitted prior to recordation of the plat.
Application for a minor subdivision | A non-refundable fee of $50, plus $20 per lot |
Construction inspection fee | A deposit equal to 4% of the estimated construction cost of all required public improvements as established by the Village Engineer for bonding for Village Engineer inspection services. Construction inspection fees shall be paid to the village prior to commencement of any construction. If inspection services exceed 4%, the subdivider shall deposit with the village any additional amount prior to final acceptance of improvements. Any unused deposit funds will be returned to the subdivider upon final acceptance of improvements |
Final plat review fee | A non-refundable fee of $200, plus $20 per lot |
Deposit | A $1,000 deposit for Village Engineer services. If Village Engineer services exceed $1,000, the subdivider shall deposit with the village any additional amount prior to final approval of the plat. Any unused deposit funds will be returned to the subdivider upon final action on the plat |
