§ 152.083 UTILITIES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS.
   Electrical service, gas mains and other utilities shall be provided within each subdivision. Wherever the facilities are reasonable, accessible and available, they may be required to be installed within the area prior to the approval of the final plat. All utilities shall be underground.
