§ 152.082 MONUMENTS.
   (A)   Permanent monuments shall be set at all lot corners.
   (B)   The type of monument and accuracy of placement shall be per Minimum Standards for Boundary Surveys in the State of Ohio, as recorded in O.A.C. Ch. 4733-37.
