The Planning Commission may require additional sidewalks as it deems necessary to provide for the safety of pedestrians in walking to schools or similar major destinations. Concrete sidewalks shall be constructed in conformance with the current Village Construction and Material Specifications and Standard Construction Drawings. All sidewalks must meet the Americans With Disabilities Act standards.
