§ 152.060 UTILITIES.
   (A)   All utilities (including, but not limited to, gas, electric, telephone and CATV cables) shall be located underground throughout the subdivision.
   (B)   Wherever existing utility facilities are located aboveground, except within public right-of-way, they shall be removed and placed underground.
