§ 152.007 SEPARABILITY.

The sections and divisions of these regulations are hereby declared to be mutually independent and the holding of any provision, section, division or portion thereof to be void, unconstitutional or invalid for any cause shall not affect the validity of these regulations as a whole, or any other provision, section, division or portion thereof.
