The Planning Commission may, from time to time, recommend to Village Council changes in these regulations as it may deem necessary. Council may, after public hearing, amend, supplement or change these regulations. Notice shall be given of the time and place of the public hearings by publication in at least one newspaper of general circulation published in the local area, 30 days prior to holding of the hearing. The amendment or amendments shall be on file in the Village Hall for public examination during the 30 days.
