In addition to the usual duties of the Chief of Police, said Chief of Police shall inventory, organize and oversee all equipment of the Police Department having a fair market value of $5 or greater. The Chief shall furnish a copy of such inventory to the Clerk of the Village of Dalton and shall furnish amendments thereto to the Clerk as needed, but not less than on an annual basis or by February 1 of each calendar year.
