There shall be provided, at the time any building or structure is erected or structurally altered, off-street parking spaces in accordance with the following requirements (except existing buildings used for commercial use only).

Mortuary or funeral home | 1 for each 50 square feet of floor space in slumber room, parlors or individual funeral service rooms |
