§ 150.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CENTRAL COMMERCIAL. The contiguous area bounded on the south by Athletic Court; on the east by Mill Street; on the north by Center Street; and on the west by Middleton Court, and a line extending therefrom directly on in a southerly direction to Athletic Court.
   COMMERCIAL BUILDING. Any building or structure that is not a residential building.
   INDUSTRIAL.
      (1)   The property that lies outside of the Central Commercial District and that is used primarily for industrial and/or manufacturing activities.
      (2)   For purposes of this section, property is considered to be primarily used for industrial and/or manufacturing activities if more than 50% of the total square feet of the property is used in industrial and/or manufacturing activities. The square footage requirement set forth herein does not include parking, ingress/egress routes, warehousing or sections of unimproved property not currently used for industrial and/or manufacturing activities (i.e., greenspace/ landscaping).
   REGIONAL COMMERCIAL. The property that lies outside of the Central Commercial District and that is used primarily for retail or wholesale commercial activities. For purposes of this section, property or land is considered to be primarily used for retail or wholesale commercial activities if more than 50% of the total square feet of the property is used in retail or wholesale commercial activities. The square footage requirement set forth herein does not include parking, ingress/egress routes, warehousing or sections of unimproved property not currently used for commercial activities (i.e., greenspace/landscaping).
   RESIDENTIAL BUILDING.
      (1)   Any building used or intended to be used as a single-, two- or three-family dwelling house and any structures attached to that house, including attached garages and decks.
      (2)   Accessory structures to a house will be considered structures that are not attached to a house and include detached garages, storage buildings, pools, gazebos and playsets.
