A. All wind power generators under thirty five feet (35') at the highest point, require a building permit before construction may begin.
B. All wind power generators over the height of thirty five feet (35') at the highest point shall require both a variance, under the procedures set forth in title 5, chapter 8 of this code, and a building permit before construction may begin. (Ord. 157, 8-2-2001)
