The names of all streets within the City shall be as shown on the map which is entitled Official Map of Streets, a copy of which is attached to Ordinance No. 12 and made a part hereof as though fully set out herein, and such Map, when it has been signed by the Mayor and Clerk and filed with the City Clerk shall be a part of this Section.
