All activities governed by these regulations shall be subject to inspection by the city during business hours. It shall be the permittee's responsibility to keep the city notified of any changes to the conditions required by the permit. If deemed necessary by the city, special inspections may be performed to verify conformance with this chapter. The cost of such inspections shall be borne by the applicant. Fees associated with the inspection shall be adopted by council resolution. (Ord. 180, 12-1-2005)
