The applicant shall obtain an application package from the city. The applicant shall provide to the city the application, narrative, applicable fees and the site plan. The applicant shall also sign the application form under oath. Upon review of the application, the city shall apply the criteria listed in subsection 3-6-5A of this chapter to determine whether or not to approve or deny the home based business.
