A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, and designated as Idaho Motor Vehicle Laws, Rules of the Road, chapters 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 13 and 14, title 49 Idaho Code, published by authority of the Department of Law Enforcement, Boise, Idaho, is hereby adopted as the Motor Vehicle Code of the City for the regulation of motor vehicles within the Municipality.
