A. An application for the transfer of a license to sell alcoholic beverages must be submitted on the form provided by the City Clerk along with the required fee.
B. No license will be transferred to any applicant that does not meet the requirements for a license set out in this Chapter.
C. A final decision on the issuance of a license transfer will be made within the same time limits required by this Chapter for the issuance of new licenses. (Ord. 263, 11-7-2019)
