An application for renewal of a license to sell alcoholic beverages must be submitted on the same form as the application for the initial license and submitted to the City Clerk along with the required fee. A final decision on the issuance of a renewal license will be made within the same time limits required by this Chapter for the issuance of new licenses. (Ord. 263, 11-7-2019)
