3-2-6: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It is unlawful for any person to sell or give away alcoholic beverages without first obtaining a license from the City, except as provided in Idaho Code 23-1007A for the purposes of donating the proceeds to a benevolent, charitable or public purpose. (Ord. 263, 11-7-2019)
