For the purposes of this Chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms are defined as follows:
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE(S): Beer, liquor and wine.
BEER: Has the same meaning as "beer" as defined in Idaho Code 23-1001.
LIQUOR: Has the same meaning as "alcoholic liquor" as defined in Idaho Code 23-105.
RETAILER: Any person engaged in the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages to a consumer.
WINE: Has the same meaning as "wine" as defined in Idaho Code 23-1302. (Ord. 263, 11-7-2019)
