3-2-2: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Chapter is to protect the general health, safety and public welfare of the City of Dalton Gardens residents and visitors by regulating the hours, places and conditions of the sale of alcoholic beverages in the City of Dalton Gardens. (Ord. 263, 11-7-2019)
