3-2-1: AUTHORIZATION:

This Chapter is enacted pursuant to the City's general police power and the authority granted to cities by Article 12, Section 2 of the Idaho Constitution; Title 23, Chapters 9 and 10; and Section 50-302 and 50-307 of the Idaho Code. (Ord. 263, 11-7-2019)
