If the premises to be served lies outside the corporate limits, the owner of the premises or the applicant for service shall pay to the town either the actual cost in labor and materials of installing the meter and the service pipe from the main to the meter or the sum of a fee as set forth in the Town of Dallas Fee Schedule “F”, whichever is greater. The materials used shall meet with the approval of the Superintendent of the Water Department.
