§ 53.043 TESTING.

Any municipal water meter shall be taken out and tested upon payment of a fee of $10 for residential customers and $50 for commercial customers. If upon test the meter is not within 3% of being correct, it shall be repaired or replaced, and the fee returned to the consumer.
