Section 3.2. Method of election; Officers elected at large.

The Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen shall be elected according to the nonpartisan plurality method of election, as provided in G.S. 163-292. The Mayor and members of the Board shall be elected by all the qualified voters of the Town.
