§ 34.21 BOARD OF ALDERMEN AND CHIEF OF POLICE TO CONTROL.

(A) The auxiliary police officers shall be under direct control of the Chief of Police, acting under the general supervision of the Board of Aldermen.

(B) All appointments shall be made by the Board of Aldermen and they shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Aldermen.
