§ 150.23 ENFORCEMENT OF UNIFORM STANDARD CODE FOR MOBILE HOMES.
   The Inspection Department shall, upon the direction of the governing body, be responsible for enforcing the State Uniform Standards Code for Mobile Homes (G.S. § 143-143.8 et seq.), including any design and construction standards incorporated therein by reference.
