§ 150.21 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY OF COUNTY INSPECTION DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Building Inspector of the county and the County Inspection Department are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to exercise in all respects the powers granted by this subchapter within the municipal limits of the town and within the extra territorial zoning district of the town until a time as the municipal governing body of the town shall officially withdraw its request; and provided further that the inspection fees for the inspections as performed by the County Inspection Department be collected by or paid to the County Inspection Department or the county.
   (B)   The County Building Inspector is hereby authorized and directed to establish administrative procedures as may, in his or her opinion, be necessary to accomplish the authority granted to him or her and the County Inspection Department by this subchapter.
