§ 34.06 SUSPENSION OF MEMBERS OF POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   The Chief may suspend, for cause, any member of the Police Department, either with or without pay, until the next regular or special meeting of the Board of Aldermen, at which meeting the Board shall make final disposition of the matter.
