§ 114.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, and each day that any of the provisions of this chapter are violated shall constitute a separate offense.
