§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by any person shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500. Each and every violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Each day any provision of this chapter is in violation shall be a separate and distinct offense subject to the above penalty.
