§ 112.04 LICENSE DENIAL OR REVOCATION.
   (A)   No license shall be issued to any applicant if any of the persons required to be investigated under § 112.03 has been convicted of any felony or of a crime involving fraud, theft or receiving or possessing stolen property in the five years immediately preceding the date of the license application.
   (B)   The conviction of any person required to be investigated under § 112.03 for any felony or for any crime involving fraud, theft or receiving or possessing stolen property or for any violation of this chapter shall constitute grounds for immediate revocation by the Board of Aldermen of the privilege license issued to the secondhand precious metal business.
