§ 111.13 NO PERSON TO HOLD MORE THAN ONE CERTIFICATE.

The Board of Aldermen reserves the right to issue only one such certificate to any one persons and the person holding the certificate shall be required to operate his or her taxicab himself or herself and shall have no power or authority by virtue of his or her certificate to delegate the operation of the taxicab to any other person.
