§ 110.07 BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FEES.
   (A)   Each person applying for a business registration certificate on behalf of a business which must be registered under the provisions of this subchapter, shall remit to the Office of the Town Clerk a standard fee designed to cover the administrative costs of implementing and administering this program. Said fee is initially established herein as $35 per registered business. This fee shall hereafter be listed and reflected in the Town of Dallas Schedule of Fees, to be periodically adjusted or amended as necessary to cover program costs by Resolution of the Town Board of Aldermen.
   (B)   No business registration certificate shall be issued until or unless the application fee is paid in full.
