§ 32.01 OFFICE OF MAYOR.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to see that the orders and directions of the Board of Aldermen and the ordinances of the town are promptly and fully complied with, and he or she shall report to the Board of Aldermen on the condition of the affairs of the town and of its several departments at the will of the Board of Aldermen.
   (B)   It shall further be the duty of the Mayor to attend and preside over all meetings of the Board.
   (C)   The Mayor shall be the chief executive officer of the town.
