§ 94.076 LIGHTING.
   (A)   Every building which occupies any portion of public property after sundown shall have sufficient light continuously burning between sunset and sunrise for the protection of the public.
   (B)   There shall be a minimum of five red lights placed on each side of the building; the lights shall be attached to the building in a fashion so as to indicate extreme width, height and size.
