§ 90.08 TOWN DECLARED BIRD SANCTUARY; KILLING, HUNTING OR TRAPPING PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   All territory within the town is hereby declared to be a bird sanctuary, and it shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, kill or trap any birds within the corporate limits of the town; provided, however, the provisions of this section shall not apply to any birds classed as predatory by the Wild Life Resources Commission of the state, and by state statutes, nor to pigeons, crows, starlings or English sparrows.
