CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DALLAS CENTER, IOWA
51.04   EXCEPTIONS.
The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any junk, junk vehicle or refuse stored within a garage or other enclosed structure or to any junk or junk vehicle stored within an auto salvage yard or junk yard lawfully operated within the City.
