ARTICLE X.
LANDSCAPE AND TREE PRESERVATION REGULATIONS.

This article incorporates by reference the language of Article X, “Landscape and Tree Preservation Regulations,” of CHAPTER 51A, “PART II OF THE DALLAS DEVELOPMENT CODE,” as that article exists today and as it may be amended in the future. A reference to a Chapter 51A zoning district in that article shall mean the equivalent zoning district in Chapter 51, with the “CS” district meaning the “HC” district. (Ord.
