SEC. 47-21. SAME - REGISTRATION OF GUESTS.

It shall be the duty of the owner of each tourist court, tourist camp or house trailer park to keep a register of all persons furnished accommodations. Such register shall include the names of all persons furnished accommodations, the permanent home addresses, the license number and make of their automobiles and trailers, and the duration of their stay.
