Each tourist court, tourist camp, or house trailer park must have on the site an office in which copies of all records pertaining to the management and supervision of the premises must be kept. Such records must always be available for inspection by any member of the state and county law enforcement agencies, the police department, the department of code compliance, the building official, the fire marshal, and other agents of the city authorized to inspect.
